Job description
Step Teachers are currently looking to recruit an adaptable and experienced learning support assistant to work within a school based in Barnet. The learning support assistant is on a 1 to 1 basis for one term and will commence in September 2019. Previous and recent experience within the classroom would be a definite advantage for this role.
- It is essential that applicants hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, additional supporting qualifications are appreciated but not required
- Our client is looking for a candidate with experience they can directly apply to the role, a proven track record will make for a strong application.
- Applicants must be able to work as part of a small team, good communication is essential to this role.
- You should be passionate about providing the best possible support to pupils, and be motivated by the rewarding work that being a learning support teacher involves
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
