A school in St. Albans is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a team for the entire 2025–2026 academic year in September 2025.. This is an excellent opportunity to make a sustained impact on student learning while working within a supportive and collaborative department.

Duties as a Maths Teacher:

• Teach Mathematics to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available, if appropriate).

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that challenge and support all learners.

• Mark and assess student work in line with school policies, providing constructive feedback.

• Monitor progress and implement intervention strategies where needed.

• Contribute to the department's planning, assessment, and curriculum development.

• Uphold the school’s behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion policies.

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• A qualified teacher (QTS required) with strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.

• A reflective and proactive classroom practitioner.

• Someone with excellent communication and behaviour management skills as a Maths Teacher.

• A team player who is committed to supporting student achievement and departmental goals.
