Maths Teacher
Job description
This school is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic Mathematics department. We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality teaching and motivate students to reach their full potential. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Maths Teacher:
Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons for all abilities.
Using data to inform teaching and raise student achievement.
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
Participating in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for Maths.
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to student success.
Have high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Be reflective and open to professional development as a Maths Teacher.
Work well within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
