Job description

A new an rapidly growing nursery in Ealing has entrusted Step Teachers to source well trained and enthusiastic Montessori Teachers to join their team in September 2019. These roles are on a full-time, long-term basis and may lead to a permanent contract with the nursery depending on the performance of the successful candidate. Step Teachers are exclusively recruiting for this position and will arrange an interview for the chosen candidate as soon as possible.

The Nursery have asked for proficient Montessori Teachers with the following attributes:

  • Montessori Teacher qualification
  • Good understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards and procedures
  • Experience in an Early Years setting, preferably within a Montessori
  • Passionate about their work and creative in their approach to the role
  • Able to organise and manage learning activities that are informative and enjoyable
  • Work as part of a team to monitor and nurture child development

This nursery is has been designed to provide the best environment for the children to play, learn and grow. It offers a bright and colourful environment that is full of life and excitement to stimulate the minds of the children and captivate their attention. The children learn and explore new ideas through a combination of indoor and outdoor activities as they are free to take their minds anywhere in the grounds of the nursery. The dedicated team of staff are well trained and commit to providing a safe and secure environment for the children and receive further training regularly so that they are up to date with child protection and safeguarding regulations.
