Music Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to inspire and engage students across a range of ages and abilities. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, the ability to teach practical and theoretical music, and a commitment to fostering a love for music in every learner. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Music Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging music lessons, both practical and theoretical.
Prepare students for performances, exams, and school events.
Encourage creativity and develop students’ musical skills and confidence.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.
Ideal Music Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of music theory and performance.
Ability to teach a variety of instruments is desirable.
Excellent communication and organisational skills as a Music Teacher.
