Step Teachers are hiring a Music Teacher based near the Suffolk coast located close to Ipswich. This is a permanent role and is a full-time position.

The school are looking to employ a creative and dedicated Teacher who is looking to build their career at their friendly school. Our partnership school are also looking to recruit for various other permanent roles, including Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Computer Science and P.E, through Step Teachers

Role:

• Plan lessons that will promote good outcomes and challenge students

• Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge

• Use effective and accurate assessment tools

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively 

• Be part of a team and work with outside agencies

Requirements: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Music

• A relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
