Step Teachers have been asked to recruit a Music Teacher for a lovely secondary school in Enfield. In the first instance the role of Music Teacher will be a long-term post commencing from September 2019, however the school make it clear that exceptional performance is likely to be rewarded with a permanent post. The school are happy to consider exceptional NQTs for this positon.  

The Music Teacher:

  • You will have a relevant degree, PGCE with QTS/QTLS
  • The appointed Music Teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work
  • To promote the positive ethos and culture of the school to other staff, governors, parents, children and members of the wider community
  • At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel
