​Step Teachers are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Music teacher to join a secondary school in Camden from September 2022. This role will also include delivering Drama lessons with both subjects being taught across KS3 and KS4. This is available on a full-time basis and for the right candidate, the school will consider a permanent post.

The school is a “good” Ofsted-rated school that has been praised for its drive to raise the achievement of the students with good behaviour in and out of the classroom.

Role:

• Strong Music and/or Drama curriculum knowledge at KS3 & 4

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Music or Drama

• Relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
