The Nursery teacher who is triumphant in their application will start the role in April and will quickly become a part of the inclusive spirit of the school. The Nursery teacher who is placed at the school will be required to dedicate their agenda to practising a diverse curriculum.
As the Nursery teacher that is successful you will;
- Have avid experience working in an inclusive setting and practise an ability to adapt to an array of pupils with varying abilities.
- You will be an experienced Nursery teacher with evident knowledge of VAK learning styles (Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic).
- You will establish a fair and nurturing communal approach to the way you teach.
- You will build strong working relationships with other members of staff in order to continue the safe and nurturing atmosphere at the school.
