​Step Teachers is working with a local primary school in Enfield that is seeking a Year 4 teacher, on a part-time basis. This is a 3 day a week job share starting in April 2022.

To be considered for this teaching role you should have;

• PGCE or QTS Qualification

• Recent teaching experience in a similar role

• A calm demeanour who is able to adapt under pressure

• Excellent classroom management strategies which are robust and flexible
