PE Teacher – Full-time, temp to perm from January 2026

Duties as PE Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Teach a range of sports and physical activities with a focus on female student participation
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and physical well-being
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular clubs and sports events
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support development
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum

Ideal PE Teacher:

  • Holds QTS and has experience teaching PE in secondary settings
  • Confident teaching female students and promoting inclusive participation
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management
  • Passionate about physical education and student well-being
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
  • Works well as part of a team and contributes to whole-school initiatives
