PE Teacher – Full-time, temp to perm role from February 2026

Duties as PE Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across relevant year groups
Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
Maintain high standards of behaviour and encourage active participation
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
Support pupils’ practical and physical progress
Contribute to departmental planning and collaborative practice
Uphold safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil welfare

Ideal PE Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching PE
Confident behaviour and classroom management skills
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education
Ability to motivate and inspire a wide range of learners
Good organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach to supporting pupil progress
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Experience Teaching Female Students
