PE Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting April 2026

Duties as PE Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across relevant year groups
Teach and support female students in developing physical skills and confidence
Promote teamwork, participation, and healthy lifestyles
Maintain a safe and well‑managed sports environment
Assess progress within lessons and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to departmental planning and consistent practice
Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare

Ideal PE Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching PE
Confident teaching female student groups
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of varying abilities
Good communication and organisational skills
Reflective, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
