PE Teacher – Part-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting as soon as possible

Duties as PE Teacher:

Teach PE part time across relevant year groups
Deliver engaging, well‑organised practical sessions
Follow provided lesson materials where required with no planning or marking
Promote participation, teamwork, and physical development
Maintain consistent routines and high behaviour expectations
Adapt activities for mixed‑ability groups
Support pupils in developing confidence and skills in PE
Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare

Ideal PE Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or strong school‑based PE delivery experience
Confident teaching practical PE across varied age groups
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication and organisation abilities
Proactive, reliable, and committed to high‑quality provision
Able to motivate and support learners of differing abilities
Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
