Physics Teacher
Job description
Physics Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Physics Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in Beccles and nearby areas, delivering engaging physics lessons and supporting pupils’ learning across KS3 and KS4.
Duties as Physics Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned physics lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school environments
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with school staff to support pupil development
Ideal Physics Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching physics in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Physics Teacher
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Passionate about science and committed to pupil progress
