We currently have availability in day to day, short term and even long-term assignments across East Cornwall and are currently looking to increase our pool of supply teachers to meet this high demand! As a supply teacher with Step Teachers, you will be the first choice for supply in a variety of wonderful schools. For the right candidate, we can also offer temp to perm contracts.

To qualify for this role, you will need to show evidence of

• A teaching qualification that grants QTS (Or confirmation that you are completed your final year in a teaching degree.)

• Referenced work in a mainstream or alternative provision setting. This can either be through employment or a placement.

• A CV that covers 10 years with no gaps (months and years included

• Two years’ worth of referencing.
