Our family run company is expanding, and we’re seeking another dynamic and tenacious recruitment consultant to join our team.
We’re looking to develop in new areas and working closely with a partnered supplier we are seeking a person to recruit for schools in the South of England. Our approach to where you are based can be flexible. We’re looking for someone based in Norwich, Plymouth or even working remotely dividing your time from home and a serviced office in the Brighton/Hastings/Portsmouth area.
To help grow you’ll have the support of our fantastic resource team as well as a dedicated manager to support you. Our customer focused approach will see the customers journey at the heart of everything we do. We like our service to do the talking but we need people who are happy to pick up the phone and shout from the rooftops about how passionate we are about what we do.

What our ideal candidate will look like?
- You’ll be a self-starter with the drive to make a difference everyday
- Confident speaking to different stake-holders
- Ability to build rapport in written form and over the phone
- Recruitment experience or Account Manager experience
This is not simply another ‘recruitment’ role. You’ll be working closely with an established supplier and recruiting your own candidates to meet their requirements. In between this you will also be conducting new business calls to prospective clients.
