Step Teachers are looking for a qualified Room Leader to join a highly sought-after independent nursery in the Enfield area. The nursery requires someone who is level 3 qualified and has experience leading a team.

Role:

• Supporting children day to day with learning through play and personal care

• Upkeep a tidy, organised room

• Work on the direction of the senior nursery members

• Ability to assess and report on your key children when required

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

Requirements: 

• Relevant Level 3 or Level 4 qualification

• SEND experience is desirable

• Have recent mainstream school or private nursery experience working with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
