Step Teachers are looking for Secondary Supply Teachers to join a pool of staff for schools across Devon, starting as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible day-to-day, short-term or long-term work in a variety of secondary schools. You’ll be covering lessons across different subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Duties of the Secondary Supply Teachers:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary students across various subjects
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Support student learning and engagement throughout the day
Follow school policies and uphold safeguarding standards
Ideal Secondary Supply Teachers:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills as Secondary Supply Teachers.
Reliability, flexibility, and a professional attitude
