Secondary Supply Teacher – Full-time and part-time roles available from ASAP
 
These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in Hoddesdon and the surrounding areas.
 

Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour
  • Support students in achieving their learning objectives
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3/KS4)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly
  • A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
