Secondary School Supply Teacher – Day-to-day supply across Wallingford and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary School Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, delivering engaging lessons and helping students thrive in inclusive and well-managed classrooms.
Duties as Secondary School Supply Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects and year groups
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different learners
- Support students’ academic and emotional development
- Collaborate with support staff and senior leaders to ensure effective provision
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide feedback and contribute to pupil progress reviews
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
Ideal Secondary School Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in secondary settings across different subjects
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and exam board requirements
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Secondary School Teacher
- Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
