Secondary Supply Teachers – Flexible supply roles in Mildenhall and surrounding areas, starting ASAP
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will cover lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects at secondary level
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ learning and engagement during cover lessons
- Follow school policies and procedures effectively
- Complete any necessary marking and feedback when required
- Communicate professionally with staff and pupils
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in secondary schools across different subjects
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
- Ability to engage pupils and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
