The Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering students with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create engaging lessons, develop individualized learning plans, and provide the necessary support to help every student thrive.

Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:

  • Design and deliver innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop personalized learning strategies.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to support their academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation by school policies and procedures.

Requirements for SEN Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
