We are currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant, for upcoming opportunities at an alternate education provider.  The position is originally for day-to-day cover, but can lead to long term for the perfect candidate. The candidate in question should have strong behaviour management skills, and experience working with various special educational needs.

• You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion
• A passion for working with SEN children and young adults is essential, and previous experience is expected
• Applicants should have a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, and further credentials in working with specific Special Educational Needs are always a welcome addition.
• It would be desirable that you are able to work in environments that can be more challenging behaviourally. This is not essential however.
