Step Teachers have been tasked with finding a resilient and creative 1 to 1 SEN Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted rated school upholding ‘Good’ status. This is a full-time, long-term position set to commence after the October half term. This opportunity is exclusive to Step Teachers!

The successful candidate should display the following attributes:

• A CACHE Level 2 or higher certificate or equivalent
• 1 to 1 experience is desirable
• Must have previous experience working within SEN, ideally with ASD
• Creative and innovative mind set to keep the child engaged in their learning
• Well organised and able to follow instructions
