Job description
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Special Needs Specialists to work in schools across Feltham, starting as soon as possible.
Duties as a Special Needs Specialist:
Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement personalised learning plans
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted interventions and classroom activities
Ideal Special Needs Specialist:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (essential)
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Special Needs Specialist.
A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
