We are seeking experienced and compassionate Special Needs Specialists to work in schools across Feltham, starting as soon as possible.

Duties as a Special Needs Specialist:

• Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement personalised learning plans

• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted interventions and classroom activities

Ideal Special Needs Specialist:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (essential)

• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Special Needs Specialist.

• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
