Job description
Step Teachers are working with a secondary school in Enfield to source a Subject Leader of Languages. This role is a full-time post and is available on a permanent basis from September 2022.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven background of creating creative and well-planned lessons
- Hold a Degree Level Qualification & QTS Qualification for the Secondary Phase
- Have an enthusiastic approach with a passion for teaching and a commitment to the school’s wider ethos
- Have the ability to build effective student-teacher relationships and implement effective classroom management strategies
Salary - £29,915 - £45,766 + TLR
