We are looking to recruit talented and committed Supply Maths Teachers to join our pool of schools around Stevenage from September 2025. These roles offer the flexibility of supply teaching while maintaining high expectations around lesson quality, planning, and assessment. Ideal for professionals who want variety without compromising on the impact they make in the classroom.

Duties as a Maths Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available, depending on experience).

• Prepare lesson plans and resources appropriate to the curriculum and student ability.

• Mark and assess student work, providing timely feedback to support progress.

• Maintain a calm, focused classroom environment and follow school behaviour policies.

• Collaborate with departmental staff where applicable and contribute to student attainment.

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• Hold QTS and have a specialism in Mathematics.

• Be confident in planning, teaching, and assessing Maths to a range of abilities.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships quickly.

• Be adaptable, professional, and dedicated to supporting pupil achievement as a Maths Teacher.

• Have a flexible approach and a commitment to maintaining consistency for students.
