Supply Teacher – Part-time, long-term temporary position (2 days a week) starting December 2025

We are seeking a flexible and experienced Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school community. Duties as Supply Teacher:

Teach across any year group as required, including phase leader cover
Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning
Support pupil progress and engagement during teacher absence
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and handovers
Contribute to the wider school community when needed

Ideal Supply Teacher:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching across primary key stages
Confident covering phase leader responsibilities
Flexible and adaptable to changing timetables and year groups
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
