Step Teachers are working with a primary school in Enfield to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support pupils from Years 2/3. If you’re a passionate Teaching Assistant and tick all the requirements, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support students with varying abilities and learning needs, including those with special educational needs.
• Act as a positive role model for students, promoting appropriate behaviour and social skills.
