Job description

Step Teachers has been given the opportunity of sourcing an organised Teaching Assistant at a school with an Ofsted status of ‘Good’, based in Barnet. This is a full-time role of a long-term nature, with the position set to commence as soon as a candidate is found. The role has the potential to be a temp-to-perm opportunity, based on performance.

The school have asked for a Teaching Assistant that demonstrates the following attributes and qualities:

  • CACHE Level 2 qualification or higher
  • Extended experience of working in KS1/2 in a mainstream school
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
  • Knowledge of working with SEN is desirable
  • Desire to achieve great academic results and be creative in their work
