Vocational Instructor – Full-time, long-term temporary to permanent role starting February 2026

Duties as Vocational Instructor:

Deliver engaging vocational sessions tailored to learner needs and interests
Support learners in developing practical, employability, and life skills
Adapt resources and teaching approaches to meet individual learning requirements
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive support for learners
Uphold safeguarding standards and prioritise learner welfare

Ideal Vocational Instructor:

Previous vocational teaching or training experience
Strong ability to engage, motivate, and support diverse learners
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
A proactive, patient, and resilient approach
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learner development
