Step Teachers are currently looking for a part-time Year 1 Class Teacher to work on Thursdays and Fridays. This is a long-term role and does require planning. 

The Primary School has 21 classes and is rated 'Good under the former Ofsted rating for schools. Their curriculum strives to create and build their students' self-esteem and be a supportive environment. 

Year 1 Class Teacher Role:

• Possess strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Maintain a tidy and organized classroom with easily accessible resources
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members both in the classroom and throughout the school
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that can be adapted to the needs of the class
• Willingly comply with and effectively implement the school's policies
