​​Step Teachers are looking for a passionate and engaging teacher to support a Year 2 class. This is a long-term role starting in February 2024, this will be ongoing for the right teacher.

This is a two-form entry school rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school prides itself on providing a great work/life balance for its teachers through various routes of support/techniques.

Role:

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum in primary school

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Work effectively with other staff both within the classroom and throughout the school

• Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students

• Able to deliver lessons which are both engaging and dynamic.

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification

• Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching KS1 primary

• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
