Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Year 2/3 Teacher looking for a new role? Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated Primary School in Welwyn Garden City to find a Year 2/3 Teacher to join their team starting in September 2024 on a Long-term (Supply) position. Year 2/3 Teacher – Role:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to Key Stage 1/2 pupils, following a pre-planned lesson structure provided by the school.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom environment and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• The Year 2/3 Teacher must collaborate effectively with colleagues across the school to support student learning and development.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and monitor their academic growth.
