I am working closely with a long standing client school In East Herts to recruit a Year 3 Primary Teacher to start as soon as possible in a high achieving and aspirational class. Initially the Head Teacher would like to recruit a Primary Teacher on a contract basis as she wants to make sure it is the 'right fit', however she will seek to offer the role permanently after a term. Ideally we would like to speak to Primary Teachers who have successfully completed their induction and have at least 3 years' continuous teaching expereince.

• The ideal Primary Teacher will plan creatively using a wide range of resources to deliver engaging lessons
• Primary Teachers with excellent communication skills, who are used to dealing with parents and carers with high expectations would be best suited to this school
• Although Year 3 experience is most desirable, obviously those candidates with experience in other year groups will be considered
• Subject Leadership will be an intrinsic part of this role, most likely in one of the core subject areas

This is a very good school which has manged to achieve excellent Ofsted and Statutory Test results, whilst still maintaining a balanced and healthy working environment where people genuinely seem to enjoy working.
