Year 3/4 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary from January 2026 until March 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for a Year 3/4 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. Duties as Year 3/4 Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils in line with the national curriculum
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
Create a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement effective classroom management strategies
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required

Ideal Year 3/4 Teacher:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Previous experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in lower KS2
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
