Step Teachers are currently seeking a KS1 Teacher for the Plymouth area for a short-term role covering until Easter Holidays. This is an excellent role for those with plenty of experience or those looking to complete their ECT  years. 

As a Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized support and adapting your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of the students. Your passion for inclusive education, adaptability, and dedication to student success will be highly valued and appreciated in the school community.

Role: 

• Strong KS1/2 knowledge

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required 

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively  

Requirements: 

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of 

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience in Primary

• Experience within KS1 is desirable
