A role as a Year 4 TA has become available in a nurturing school in Islington. The school is offering the role a Year 4 TA from April and will be, in the first instance, a temporary role. For the right Year 4 TA, there is a possibility for a more permanent position becoming available.

As a Year 4 TA, you must comply with the following;

• You should have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed in the classroom.
• Effective target setting for children and an understanding of personalised learning are key competencies for this position.
• The successful candidate will hold positive values and attitudes and adopt high standards of behaviour in their professional role.
• You will need confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and philosophy.
