I am currently working with a primary school that's based in Baldock, Herts. This Baldock school has been given a Good inspection in the latest Ofsted report. This small village school is looking for a Year 5 teacher. Ideally full-time, but willing to consider the right candidate for only 3 days a week. This position will be for 1 term and will commence when the schools return to classroom learning.  Our client is willing to consider all candidates holding QTS on the main pay scale.  

To be considered for this Primary teaching role you should have;

• PGCE or QTS Qualification
• Recent teaching experience (including teaching training placements)
• A calm demeanour who is able to adapt under pressure
• Excellent classroom management strategies which are robust and flexible
