​Step Teachers are looking for an experienced KS2 Teacher based in Huntingdon to start in September 2022. This is a 1-year maternity cover starting in September and will be a full-time role including planning and marking.

This is a large and vibrant; Ofsted rated ‘good’ primary school. The school values building up their pupil's self-esteem by creating a fun and safe environment for their pupils to learn.

Role:

• Strong curriculum knowledge at KS2

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching primary age

• Relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
