The role of a primary teacher is to commence in September 2020 and will be a permanent role or a long term role depending on the candidate.

  • Applications are welcome from experienced KS2 teachers who hold QTS and can demonstrate at least 3 years’ permanent experience teaching in a good or outstanding environment.
  • You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, who employs well-structured schemes of work to encourage pupils of all abilities to achieve fantastic results and build their skills base for life.
  • You will have a practical and innovative approach to your teaching, using every resource available to encourage your pupils.
  • Understanding the value of using progress data on pupil performance to inform teaching and learning will be central to your ability to improve student performance, and you will display consistent enthusiasm for teaching and a serious commitment to the school.

This is a good school where the SLT are making huge strides in provision and attainment.  Students are encouraged to develop their character through challenges, interpersonal skills and broad interests; thereby building character and skills which will serve them as they move onwards secondary school.  This School is evolving rapidly, and the Governors are keen to retain excellent teachers and develop their careers as future Leaders for the School and wider community.
