Job description

 

We are working with a very friendly and welcoming primary school in Leyton, Waltham Forest Borough to source an experienced and highly qualified Primary Teacher – Year 5. The role of a primary teacher is to commence in September 2020 and will be a permanent role or a long term role depending on the candidate.

 

  • Applications are welcome from experienced KS2 teachers who hold QTS and can demonstrate at least 3 years’ permanent experience teaching in a good or outstanding environment.
  • You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, who employs well-structured schemes of work to encourage pupils of all abilities to achieve fantastic results and build their skills base for life.
  • You will have a practical and innovative approach to your teaching, using every resource available to encourage your pupils.
  • Understanding the value of using progress data on pupil performance to inform teaching and learning will be central to your ability to improve student performance, and you will display consistent enthusiasm for teaching and a serious commitment to the school.
