​Step Teachers are looking for an experienced Year 6 class teacher based in Enfield to start in September 2022. This is a long-term, ongoing position.

This is an all-through school; Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ school. Their approach to learning is based on 6 main values and expects all staff and students to support them on their journey and retain their status as an outstanding school.

Role:

• Strong KS2 curricular knowledge

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively 

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience

• Experience teaching Year 6 and SATS preparation is desirable
