Step Teachers has teamed up with Melody Ward, founder of Developing Resilient Learners. This free online course aims to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of teachers and support staff and provides them with a value-added dimension to behaviour management strategies.

We have teamed up with The Children Literacy Charity to develop a series of courses. Topics include, an introduction to working as a TA, the effective deployment of an LSA and essenttial Phonics.
