After School Club Assistant – Term-to-term, starting January 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated After School Club Assistant to join a school that provides a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Duties as After-School Club Assistant:

Supervise and engage pupils in after-school activities
Support the delivery of creative, fun, and educational sessions
Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times
Assist with setting up and tidying away resources and equipment
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
Communicate effectively with staff and parents when required

Ideal After School Club Assistant:

Previous experience working with children is desirable
Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
A caring and proactive approach to supporting pupils
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection requirements
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a school setting
