The position of Art and Photography teacher is an incredible opportunity to become immersed in creative development of all students within the department and is offered until March.

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Art and Photography and related assessment practice is essential for a role of this nature.
• As an Art and Photography teacher you must use relevant assessment information to set targets for improvement across the phase.
• As an Art and Photography teacher you must enthuse, lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of others across the phase, through mentoring, coaching, evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
• It is vital that as an Art and Photography teacher you work hard to ensure pupil's are recognised on an individual basis and academically pushed in a way that suits them.
