Job description
We are working with a progressive academy in Islington who is looking for an Art Teacher for a full-time position to take up a maternity cover. This position is to start in January 2021 and will be on a long term supply contract until the end of the academic year. You will be delivering Art up to GCSE however A Level experience would be advantageous.
The ideal Art Teacher will have the following:
- You will have an Art- related degree, with PGCE and QTS
- Be experienced in teaching Art up to KS5
- The appointed teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work
- At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel
Salary: MPS Inner London
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
