Art Teacher – Full-time, long-term cover from Easter 2026 to July 2026

Duties as Art Teacher:

Plan and deliver creative and engaging Art lessons in line with curriculum expectations.
Prepare, assess, and mark work for GCSE-level classes.
Maintain a purposeful studio environment that encourages exploration and artistic growth.
Uphold strong behaviour routines and contribute to a positive classroom culture.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners across a range of abilities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil progress and well-being.

Ideal Art Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status with experience teaching Art.
Confident in delivering Art up to GCSE standard.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to establish clear routines.
Effective planning, marking, and assessment skills for a long-term role.
A passion for creativity and supporting pupils’ personal development.
