Business Studies Teacher
Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a forward-thinking and supportive department. We are looking for an inspiring educator who can engage students in the world of business and economics, delivering lessons that are both dynamic and academically rigorous. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Business Studies Teacher:
Teach Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with exam board specifications (e.g., GCSE, BTEC, A-Level).
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips, or enterprise activities.
Ideal Business Studies Teacher:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of business concepts and curriculum developments.
Be committed to supporting student achievement and personal growth.
Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills as a Business Studies Teacher.
