Step Teachers  are delighted to be asked to resource an outstanding drama teacher for a secondary school located nr Watford.

The school has recently undergone a recent Ofsted inspection and was rated good.  The role for drama teacher is on a supply basis to start in September but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

To be able to be considered for the role of drama teacher you should:

  • Have a subject specific teaching qualification
  • Be an outstanding practitioner with proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice
  • Be able to enthuse, lead and develop through mentoring, coaching, evaluating supporting and target setting

We have been working with this school on a regular basis and our teachers have always told us this is a lovely place to work.  The pupils are well behaved and the recent Ofsted report stated there is sufficient evidence of strong practice and marked improvement in performance that the school could be judged as outstanding under a section 5 inspection.
